DLi has a new MultiCam 3000 series CNC digital X-Y Postscript compatible router with a bed size of 80" x 144" capable of cutting various materials from 2" gatorboard to masonite and aluminum.

Typically digital files have clipping paths cut on the image, saved and output as a direct digital Duraflex generated by the Lambda. The image is then mounted and laminated using Permaflex 5 mil. Polycarbinate. This facilitates the following cutting operation.
