If you are planning to send files from your computer to Digital Lab Imaging please use these guidelines:

Via E-mail - 100MB e-mail attachment. Larger attachments may be sent with special arrangements to: tech_at_photolablinc.com

Over 2mb. - via FTP (see instructions below)

PLEASE NOTE: You must use FTP Software to upload or download to the server. You can download FTP software free of charge from the internet. Click on the icons below: WSftp for the PC and Transmit or Fetch for the Mac.

Please compress your files! ...using: Stuffit, DiskDoubler, WinZip, PKZip, etc. and save them in the BinHex format. This step will ensure that your file arrives intact and not corrupted.

Configure your stand alone FTP software such as "Transmit" or "Fetch" (on Macintosh) or "WS_FTP" for (Windows) as follows:

User Name : Call for access

Password : Call for access

Directory : Call for access
